• Our actions will support the belief that all injuries, occupational illnesses and incidents are preventable.
• We will comply with all applicable laws, regulations and Industry Charters and take any additional measures considered necessary.
• The SHE performance of contractors is an integral part of INEOS Films performance and will be managed to equivalent standards.
• Our stewardship of SHE matters will be such that the community at large considers INEOS Films a good neighbour.
• We will pursue continuous improvement in our SHE performance and maximize our progress through the involvement of all employees.
• All employees are responsible for the prevention of injuries, illnesses and environmental incidents. Accepting that responsibility is a condition of employment.
• Line Management and Supervision will be accountable for SHE results and for the performance of their employees.
• Employees will be thoroughly trained to work safely and to anticipate and prevent SHE incidents.
• Audits will be conducted at all levels of the organization to evaluate work practices and the effectiveness of the SHE programme.
• All deficiencies will be corrected within an appropriate time frame.
• All incidents, whether injury occurs or not, will be thoroughly investigated to identify root causes and corrective actions.
